Payment Methods
Payment is via Paypal.

You will notice on the left hand side of the screen that the PayPal logo displays the MasterCard, Visa and American Express logos. This means that even though you may not have a PayPal account, you can still make a purchase via PayPal using these 3 card providers without having to create a PayPal account or logon. When you make your purchase, you will be directed to a PayPal screen where you will need to enter your card details. Note that we do not retain or have access to any of your card details, as all processing is done directly by PayPal.

Postal Service Used for Shipping Your Order
All orders are shipped using standard, untracked Airmail. Please contact us if you would prefer tracking or a courier service and we will let you know whether this will incur an additional charge.

Packaging Your Order for Shipment

We want your purchase to reach you intact. Cards, gift tags and small notebooks are placed in rigid envelopes. Large Notebooks are packed in corrugated cardboard boxes. Posters and gift wrap are shipped in a postal tube. Let us know if you would prefer a different type of postal container and we will confirm if this would incur additional expense.

Your Order's Dispatch Timelines

We try to dispatch orders within 5 working days. You will receive a dispatch notification email as soon as your order is posted.

If you need to place an order for more items than are in currently stock, we will let you know the estimated shipping period. Typically, out-of-stock cards, gift tags and wrapping paper can be shipped within 5 working days. Other products may take longer.

Time Duration from Dispatch to Delivery to Your Door
We regret that we cannot guarantee how long it will take your purchase to reach you from the point of dispatch, as this is under the control of postal systems.

According to Royal Mail, these are the typical minimum (not maximum or average) shipment durations for the following destinations. (For example, US-bound parcels can sometimes take 3 - 8 weeks to reach their destination):
USA, Canada, Australia: 5 - 7 business days
Europe (EU & non-EU): 3 - 5 business days
All other destinations: 5 - 7 business days

Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee when your parcel will reach you and you need to factor in the possibility that your parcel will not reach you in time - this is important to consider if you are purchasing a time-sensitive gift. Let us know if these timelines do not meet your requirements so that we can provide you with an immediate refund.

Shipping Costs
Due to the way Tictail is currently configured, it is too user unfriendly to display shipping costs separately from the selling price. For this reason we have included shipping costs in the overall selling price, where ever your purchase needs to be posted, any place worldwide.

International Customs and Taxes
Please be aware that some countries may charge a customs duty, value added tax, or other fee for packages arriving from outside the destination country. These charges are not included in our listing price or shipping fees and are entirely the buyer's responsibility. Please speak to your Post Office or Customs Agency to clarify what charges your destination country may charge on your purchase.

Your Personal Details
We do not retain or have access to any of your credit or debit card details, as all transaction processing is done directly by PayPal.

The only personal details that we do have access to are those required to deliver your order to you and to communicate with you about your order (name, address, email address). We will never pass on your details to another party, unless required to do so by law.

The only emails we will send you will relate specifically to a purchase you have made. This means that we will not send you promotions or newsletters, unless you've specifically opted in to receive such communications (we do not currently have the functionality for customers to sign up for promotions or newsletters).
